The Society was incorporated on February 22, 2024. We are in our first chapter of building partnerships with schools and supporting our earliest cohort of students. As our students complete terms and graduate — and as families consent to share their journeys — we will publish their stories here.
In the meantime, what we can share is what we are committed to: the structure of our support, the bylaws that govern us, and the principles we hold ourselves to. You can read all of that on our About and Programs pages, and see the places we work in our Gallery.
When we publish, we will publish honestly.
Our commitment to the families we work with shapes how we will tell their stories.
With consent
No student or family will appear here without written consent. Names and details will be changed where requested.
With evidence
We will publish what we can verify — institutions, courses, terms supported — not numbers we cannot stand behind.
With humility
Our work is one piece of a much larger picture in each student's life. We will not overclaim our role.
Annual reports
Our first annual report and audited financials will be published after our first full reporting cycle, per our bylaws.
Field updates
Short updates on partnerships, applications received, and disbursements made — the operational rhythm of the work.
Lessons learned
Where we get something wrong, we will say so. Where we change course, we will explain why.
