Tuition is paid directly to teaching institutions. Books and allowances are delivered to the students they're given for.

Tuition support
Contribute toward a student's tuition or examination fees. We pay these directly to the teaching institution — never as cash to a student or family.
Books & supplies
Help cover textbooks, uniforms, stationery, and other classroom essentials for students whose families cannot afford them.
Travel & boarding
For students whose schools are far from home, monthly travel and boarding allowances keep them in school.
General support
Give to where the need is greatest. The Society's scholarship committee allocates general gifts across active and incoming students.

We are a registered Alberta non-profit. The promises below are written into our bylaws — not into our marketing.
Direct payments
Tuition and examination fees are paid directly to the teaching institution, per the Student Educational Support Agreement every sponsored student signs.
No personal gain
Per Article I of our bylaws, the assets and income of the Society are not distributed to members, directors, or officers — only modest, reasonable remuneration to staff or contractors for services rendered.
Annual review
The annual report and balance sheet are reviewed at every Annual General Meeting, and our first audited financials will be published as soon as our first reporting cycle is complete.

More than one path forward.

Interac e-Transfer
Send a one-time or recurring transfer to FirstEducationSociety@gmail.com. Please include your name and "Donation" in the message.
Cheque
Cheques may be made payable to "Education First International Society" and mailed to our registered office in Calgary.
Bank transfer
For larger gifts, we will provide bank transfer details on request — write to FirstEducationSociety@gmail.com.
